5 Round Online Boxing Workout. This is a sample Cardio + Boxing Workout with Jump Rope and Hand Weights (if possible) for Back Bay Boxers to do at home. NOTE: This can be an 8 Round Workout if you're working with a partner. For the Round 2, 3 and 4 just do the rounds as partnered mitts rounds, just like in class and alternate.
