So, we've done this many times in class and the record is 127 push-up in 3 minutes! Now that you know that...on your marks, get set...go! Actually, best to pace yourself, you'll find you have plenty time! The Rules: 3 minutes, stop as often as you want (clock keeps ticking). Full push-ups required (no knees). All the way down to approx. 2 inches from the floor and back up! Don't worry, we'll do it in class again soon! As per the picture...you DON'T need to do them in the snow :) Set a target and see how far you go! < 55 pushups Below average (apparently) 55 to 74 pushups Average 75 to 99 pushups Good 100 to 110 pushups Excellent 111 or more Extraordinary (hardly extraordinary!)
