Service Description
At-Home Morning Workout Online or Livestream Workouts you can do from 'almost' anywhere with minimal equipment! These workouts are aimed at giving you a fast paced, cardio workout with strength and conditioning body weight exercises. Recommended equipment: Jump-Rope + Light hand weights - 1, 2 or 3lbs and a fitness mat. Not all workouts will incorporate Jump-Rope Workout will be broadcast Live and recorded for members to do on our 'YouTube Channel: The Boxing Coach' later. Some workouts we may use a jump rope and medicine ball but if you don't have a jump-rope we can modify with jogging on the spot and high-knees. If you don't have a medicine ball we can modify and work without one. (Participants mics and cameras off please).
