The 40/30/20/10 Routine in a Reverse Pyramid! THE EXERCISES: 40 JUMPING JACKS 30 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS 20 SQUATS 10 PUSH-UPS If in group setting, jog on the spot to wait for everyone in the room to finish their exercise, then continue together. If doing the routine alone...no jogging on the spot. Just progress to the end of the workout.
