Welcome to the Back Bay Boxing Heavy Bag Workout Series. (No Heavy Bag? Shadow Boxing works GREAT!) These workouts incorporate your 8 basic punches. (Southpaw (Leftie) punches/numbers in brackets) 3min Warm Up + 6x3min Rounds + 3min Warm Down 1 = Jab 2 = Straight Right (Straight Left for Southpaw(Leftie)) 3 = Left Hook (Right Hook for Southpaw(Leftie)) 4 = Left Hook to Body (Right Hook to Body for Southpaw) 5 = Right Hook to Body (Left Hook to Body for Southpaw) 6 = Right Hook (Think of this punch as an 'over-the-top' 2 - not a looping right hook) / Left Hook for Southpaw 7 = Left Jab to Body (Right Jab to Body for Southpaw) 8 = Right Jab to Body (Left Jab to Body for Southpaw) Enjoy!
